Please join PTSA! With your membership dues, PTSA will be able to continue to offer our current programs and work to bring new and exciting opportunities to our school. Becoming a member will also allow you to have an active role and voice in your student’s overall experience at Thornell Road and in Pittsford Central School District. While being a member does NOT mean that you must volunteer your time, we cannot be successful without our volunteers. From planning or volunteering at an event, to attending monthly meetings or volunteering for a leadership role, we welcome all families to participate in a way that best meets their interests and availability.

About TRE PTSA
What does PTSA do? TRE PTSA provides financial and/or volunteer support for many programs and services, such as creating and sending newsletters, managing special projects, offering enrichment programs and activities, coordinating school events, providing direct support for teachers, and representing child advocacy groups. See a full list of PTSA supported programs in the PTSA FAQ’s.
One $17 membership per family supports over 100 programs. These programs wouldn’t be possible without membership dues and volunteer support! View the District PTSA Membership Page for information and to join online. Volunteers are critical to the work of PTSA. The breadth of programs offered are only possible with your time and support. Visit the Volunteer Page to view opportunities.
For quick reference, the Program Directory lists TRE programs and events with links to more information about each. In addition to PTSA-Sponsored activities, there are many School-Sponsored activities, often supported by PTSA volunteers. See a comprehensive list of activities offered by grade level and answers to questions relating to activities in the PTSA FAQs.
Involvement in PTSA in any capacity promises to be a rewarding experience - PTSA welcomes your skills and talents! Please contact us or any TRE PTSA leader to discuss how you can make a difference in the lives of our students through PTSA.
